Maya Draisin, Wired’s vice president of marketing, said that when it comes to this year’s conference, which takes place on June 7 in New York, participants should “expect the unexpected.”
“We like to evaluate it by epiphanies per minute [or] the number of things that people say that really strike you; things you’ve never thought about before,” she added.
For Draisin, innovation is born out of curiosity and the hunt for answers to unsolved problems.
