Visa employees honor members of U.S. Armed Forces

Visa employees team up with Operation Gratitude to show appreciation for members of the U.S. Armed Forces through annual drive

As we approach the holiday season, Visa’s Military Employee Resource Group (MERG) hosted its annual “Cards for Heroes” events across six office locations (Ashburn, VA; Austin, TX; Bellevue, WA; Foster City, CA; Lehi, UT and Miami, FL).

Each year, Visa partners with Operation Gratitude to help share in their mission of thanking every American who serves. Visa employees shared their personal holiday cheer and signed cards of appreciation for members of the U.S. Armed Forces. The holiday greeting cards will accompany care packages to active duty service members stationed overseas, stateside and those currently admitted to military medical centers.

More than 150 Visa employees participated in this year’s Cards for Heroes events and 4,000 cards were completed.
